Kingdom Testimonies
A couple of our young guys was invited over to a families house. The family just wanted more of the Lord and they ended up having a great prayer time and time of experiencing freedom and restoration. Our young men had a great time ushering in His presence with this HUNGRY family. A husband and wife ended up dancing together, something they had never done before. God is fun.
These same young men were asked by an older adult to pray for him. They did right then, soaking him and encouraging him. His countenance changed dramatically from darkness to LIGHT. He felt sooo much better. God's presence went right through them to him.
A workplace story: the other day a man came into a coffee house and began to talk to one of our young ladies. He began to ask her questions...about God and church. She shared and shared and invited him to Vineyard. HE CAME! He was greatly encouraged, receiving prayer and a prophetic word from another one of our young people. He has since been back to that coffee place and continued in his question and answer time...hungry!
At outreach last week several people were prayed for downtown and at Riverside Park. These kids are doin the stuff out there!
Another workplace story: a coworker began to confide in one of our young men and shared his heart about decisions he was making. Our young man encouraged him to seek the Lord..so he did...in the bathroom...and GOD ANSWERED his prayer ten minutes later!!! WOOOHOOO!
One of our young ladies and her family have taken in another young person who would be on the street otherwise. That's feet to the word folks. Pray for grace and wisdom, this is good stuff.
ANOTHER workplace: The manager recognized the light in one of our young ladies and commented on why he hired her. This opened the door for her to be able to share the lord with him. Another one of our young men had worked at the same place before and had not been received so favorably...some plant seed...some water...God is faithful.
In this same workplace a self described atheist began asking questions...hhmmm Go God!
On of our young couples is serving food out of another churches food bank. Faithful service is awesome! they have shared about how the Lord is working in them on how to see people without judgment, but with His love. They have had the opportunity to pray for a lady who was afraid of the surgery she was to have. Good stuff!
And lastly for this week- A young man has realized that his workplace is his mission field. He has changed his attitude and they have noticed. So much so that his foreman pulled him aside and asked him if he was one of those "churchgoers"...and was able to open an encouraging conversation. As well, another atheist began asking questions and talking about Jesus and stuff...WOW!!!
Our kids are doing incredible things folks! keep them covered in prayer please.
