Steve Shaw

Senior Pastor

Steve and Midge Shaw have been married for 40 years. They have two sons, Casey and Jason. Steve has been Senior Pastor of Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Grants Pass for the past 35 years. In his early ministry days, he served as an associate pastor, halfway house administrator and youth pastor in CA and OR. He desires to see the Church become true worshipers of God, abiding in His Presence, walking in covenant relationship and community, and advancing the Kingdom of God. His personal goals are to mature in his calling and raise up leaders in the Body of Christ.

Doug Thomas

Assistant Pastor

Doug and Sandy, his wife of 34 years and high school sweetheart, epitomize “teamwork”. They have three grown children and three grandchildren. They began their ministry for the Lord by operating a mission outreach house in Grants Pass. For two decades, Doug has been Assistant Pastor of Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Grants Pass. The Vineyard Christian School has been blessed with Doug and Sandy as administrators for the past 18 years. Doug employs a hands-on approach to equipping the Body of Christ with purpose, vision, and service to our local communities.

Doug Perkins

Elder

Doug and June Perkins met at a Southern California Christian college. They were married in 1978 and moved to Grants Pass in 1981. They have seven children, three grown and four still at home. Doug and June have been at the Vineyard since 1983. Their hearts’ desires are to see God's people become healthy in their marriages, relationships and finances. Doug is also a small business owner.

Jill & Phillip Moschella

Youth Pastors

Phil and Jill have been married for 18 years and have two children, Julia and Phillip Jr. Phil and Jill came to Vineyard Christian Fellowship in 1998. They began serving as Youth Pastors in 2000 and Jill is still serving, 11 years later. Jill is also the Children’s Ministry Overseer. Phil is earning a degree in education to fulfill his dream of teaching. They share a desire to travel abroad including trips with the Amazon team.

Kurtis & Carol Orton

Leadership

Kurt has been married to his bride, Carol, for 23 years. They have raised three children: Brenton, Brianna and Caleb. Kurt and Carol have attended Vineyard Christian Fellowship for five years, serving on the Leadership Team and as worship leaders. Carol oversees the platform intercessors. Kurt became born again at Calvary Church, serving in many different areas of the church. He was Chaplin for Grants Pass Dept. of Public Safety. Their ministries include Sozo, Prayer Cloth, Home group, and Street in Cave Junction OR. Kurt and Carol are passionate about warfare in the heavenlies through praise, worship, obedience, and tithe.
